I need to create an email form. What’s the best solution?

Hi Cindy. You set up the form with HTML, but you’ll need some backend language (most likely PHP) to process it (that is, to collect the user data and send an email to you).

There are lots of free form scripts online.

Or you could use a service like jotForm or WuFoo.

You can use the free pre - made UI PSD to design email form. Just download the PSD and edit its elements according to your need.
