I had created a website in wordpress but problem is , once user is registered in my site he not get confirmation mail from my site. so, please tell me how to do that. please tell me step by step because i am newbie other wise if you have any tutorial then please share it.

Login to the Admin area, click on Settings and verify the e-mail address on the General Settings page is an e-mail address for your client, as that is the e-mail address used for new user registrations.
