Does anyone know how I can send marketing emails to prospective clients?
When I create the email in word and save as a webpage filtered, the format is still a bit hit and miss in clients version of outlook.
The online email sites I've seen require you to know the recipients you are emailing too. I don't, as they are emails i want to send to prospective clients.
Any advice much appreciated

If you are not able to code html/css then your best bet is to use one of campaign monitors tried and tested email templates.
Html emails are one of the most awkward and complicated things to achieve even for those proficient in html.

Getting an email marketing service that is willing to do that for you, is one of the best method to deliver marketing emails. Because, doing it by your personal account will result in blocking by an ISP if you send your messages in bulk.

If you don't know HTML you can use one of the email marketing software with drag & drop editor. They offer many email templates which you can modify.
