I am subscribed to my threads for email subscription but I am not getting any of the emails when someone makes a reply.
They are not going into my spam I already checked and this website is on my allow list.
I was just about to post this as well.
This is NOT a new problem.
I’ve had problems getting notices for at least a year, maybe longer.
I can’t believe Site Point hasn’t fixed this problem since they are so large.
In fact, I just move hosting companies & I’m still having the same issue as before with the previous host, so you guys must be on the blacklist or grey list or something.
Can a moderator pls. address this.

I FINALLY got them to fix it.
Tell me if you are now getting the e-mails. It’s working for me.
