Hi guys, l have a question l was hoping some of you could help me out with.
I want to know the best method to embed video transcripts onto a page for the purpose of SEO.
Our site has two types of video players, some pages have a flow player video that's hosted on a CDN, while other pages have straight up youtube video embeds.
Is the best method to embed a transcript using a blockquote tag, or is there a better method that search engines crawl and understand better?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you add the transcript as regular text below the video it should be fine. I do not think you need any special markup for it to be effective.

I agree with revium. Good old headings and paragraphs work just fine.
