After a project is complete, generally I schedule a meeting with my client and show them how to use their website. I also develop a small web packet/tutorial for them. Although this works, I am looking for a better method and I am asking what others choose to do in this situation?
Creating these packets eat up my time - which I would like to be able to use for new projects or continuing ones. What do you do or what do you suggest?
