Error in Top Header and IE 6

hi friends

i need your help

my template have two bug, first in top header, i am giving u screenshot

and seconly IE 6 .template is not supported , can any one check this plz

and seeing this error too in status bar

When i had this problem, just like yours if formated my computer because it was infected with some viruses that were doing whetever they wanted with it and also windows were popping up from nowhere. After i formated it and instaled a good antivirus i got away of this.
