we’re running a Magento store with mainly DIY products. Many customers have their own blogs where they show their pictures of the work they’ve done etc.
There are also some big communities in our industry.
But since we get a certain amount of visitors, I start to wonder, whether it might be reasonable to provide sth more than just a Shop.
People are kind of quiet until now (no customer revisions for products) and they do most of the things via email.
So I was thinking about a gallery for the customers - but maybe they don’t want everybody to know where and for how much they buy their things.
More over, maybe they prefer their own blogs/facebook/those established forums/etc.
Does anybody have some experience with a step like this?
