Export and import database

Hello,

I need help about database export and import. Two database located in separate server. One database is MS Sql and another is Mysql. I developed the e-commerce site using prestashop. Now i need to import data in mysql from xml file comes from ms sql and also export data from mysql into xml file. How can i do this ? I need help.
