External tool for AdWords campaings monitoring

Hello! Is there a tool, for monitoring and managing active adwords campaigns, from few accounts (3-4)?

Because now I have few accounts that I have to manage and I find it hard to manage

There is AdWords editor. I’m pretty sure you can link it to multiple accounts.
