Facebook Landing Page Troubles

Hello,
I’m developing a facebook business page for a client and have done several in the past however I cannot, for the life of me figure out why it won’t load in facebook.

The way I am doing this is the Facebook Developers App. Creating a new app, linking the canvas URL/tab URL to a directory on my website where I have developed the page.

As you can see, It does not want to pull in the website for me. I’ve attached an image of the settings I have in facebook that may assist one of you guys (for the ones that can help).

I haven’t built a FB app like this before, but would it have anything to do with adding a slash after index.html?
