How to create facebook page & which size is relevent?

Are you referring to the ‘cover photo’ and ‘profile photo’ sizes?
Last time I looked it up, the cover photo size was 851px wide by 315px high. It can display smaller on mobile devices.
Profile photo was 160px wide by 160px high. I usually do mine as 640px by 640px though, because when people click on my profile photo I want them to see a nice, big picture.
