Actully Its very difficult to say which one is best. Each and every social media platform have their own benefits. I have used the both platform for marketing purpose and as per my experience facebook is better than twitter for driving sales of your product or website. But sometime its depends on product, which type of product you are going to market ! You can get the best from facebook paid marketing because it is much effective for reaching right type of audience.
