Facebook's "share this" and Twitter's "Tweet this" buttons on CNN

I really like the Facebook and Twitter buttons on CNN videos. For example:

On top of the video there are these two facebook and twitter buttons. These are the best buttons I found so far, and the onclick effect is good too. How can I use the same exact buttons? Are they custom-made? Is there a way to grab them?
