Filtering the search results like proptiger site

Hi all,

few days back i was on ‘proptiger’ it was very gud to see the search functionality they have given to the site visitors , first searching at the high level and then filtering the search results.

I was wondering whether we can give such functionality can be included in a normal joomla site, i meant, is there any joomla component or module available through which we can achieve such functionality in a joomla site.
