Is there a free opensource standalone script to use on a site for users to create their own forms?
Something like the plugins for wordpress.
I know I have that option, but would like to look for alternatives, and then make the choice.

Thank you, and sorry for the belated reply, after lack of reply for couple weeks I had forgotten about this, and just noticed the notification on the top right of the screen.
Anyhow not being a coder php is out, and I decided to try with drupal, and the webform module there. I’m learning to use drupal.
