I have one client who is using a "free" hosting(no ads). She didn't want to switch to the paid version, because has never had a problem with the old one. The only trouble was, she wanted a form, and the free hosting didn't have a cgi-bin or form processing tools.
So I used Mailmyform.com, which used to be a free service which processes forms. Now they have started charging, and I'm looking for a free alternative for my client. I found one, Emailmeform.com, but I don't want to build a custom or template form; I just want the code for the form action so I can add it into the existing form.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

phpFormGenerator is a freebee...there's a live demo on their site, so you can give that a whirl.
PHP isn't supported, this one won't work for you.
