FX3 and all others have no prob with this. I have a virtual tour and some pics in fancybox and when it’s displayed FX4 leaves out most of the images. Not the virtual tour images but only the decorative ones. I’m still in the process of CSSing it but currently it leaves out all the 1px table shives and the image replacements (inplace of text). Additionally once I close fancybox I can’t scroll the page. I have to go over and grab the scrollbar. I’m sure these will work themselves out over time as they do.
If you can clean that up to basics, I’m sure the Moz guys would love to see it. Especially if the problems are based on some new bugs they haven’t heard of yet.

It actually has nothing to do with fancybox. Turning off js has the same prob. I’m sure it will go away once I’ve CSS’ed it and removed the table garbage. Problem is there are 150 pages in that tour so this may take awhile.
