What is the best and easiest way to add a photo gallery 140 images
and link these images to paypal each image?
I’ve used a paid service in the past(expensive) and wondering if there maybe a good easy alternative.

It’s not really clear what you are trying to do. Normally you need an Add to Cart form button to link to PayPal. You could link an image to the PayPal site with a normal link, but it won’t trigger a sale. So, more information needed.
