Get the right place from the facebook API

Hello.
I’m using the following query to search for a place in my country.
When I use the following API url to retrive info:
https://graph.facebook.com/search?q=*PLACE-NAME*&access_token=mytoken&type=place&limit=3
it shows me a different place with the same name as result, a page without any information that I can’t even find in my facebook search!

Is there any way to get facebook place ID by his name with more accuarity?
