I need to share my experience for anyone who might find this site. GoEcart tries to pitch a great system but reality is that the admin interface looks like it was written in 1995 and it’s archaic. Then there are the people behind it. The Project Managers will ignore you, the Trainers will blame the Project Managers for everything you find wrong with it and if you ask them any questions, they won’t answer you. If you are lucky enough to get an email from them it will refer you to a knowledgebase system that is just as old as the rest of their software and it’s useless. There are much better ecommerce platforms out there.
