So it seems like it would be simple and straight forward, but I can't figure it out. I have been trying for 3 days.
I would like to add the "DIRECTIONS" option to my embedded Google map on my website. I've tried with the Google Maps API and now with the Google Maps Engine but cannot figure it out.
I need the user to be able to click on the predetermined location that I have the pin set to and be able to popup the location information (not a problem so far), AND have the "DIRECTIONS" link right in the map window and be able to use their current location like this example from maps.google.com:
I've been able to add a directions layer through the Maps Engine, but it requires a starting location and will not accept "My Location" as a location like it will when you simply use Google Maps (maps.google.com)
Does anybody know if this is possible and how to go about achieving this?
Thanks for the help!
