Hello guy I need your help.

In

single.php

i placed Google+ comment box. here is the code:

</script>
<g:comments
    href=""
    width="642"
    first_party_property="BLOGGER"
    view_type="FILTERED_POSTMOD">
</g:comments>

And when i comment, there are the same comments inside every posts. Same with Facebook comments. How to make the separated?
