Certainly, you don’t see this everyday… and at least they are consequent with their rules… at least from time to time 
Nice to see, but seems the small cynic in me says they are doing this as a purposeful mistake to send a message.
That’s a possibility, yes 
I guess I like to be good and think that, at least this time, they’re being coherent with their own rules. I don’t think that we will see something like this in the future, though
