we need a way to look up a business in google.com and find only (or mostly) the
results that have ratings stars

Business:
Coast Dental Services Tallahassee Florid

i tried adding this into the search keywords
“Rating: 1…5”

or build ideas from this

site:yelp.com intitle:“Chicago, IL” “Rating: 1…3” “Categories: Restaurants”

site:citysearch.com “Rating: 1…3”

bottom line is i want a search in google that returns ONLY or mostly sites that have
reviews on that business

you could try writing an addon for chrome

Is there any documentation on how to do that?

you would have to search google i knoiw there is a friend of mine wrote one not too long ago
