What is your problem with adding the menu link? Do you not know how to do it? Or have you tried to add it but it doesn’t work?

I’m sorry, but I’m not clear about what exactly you’re asking.

One screenshot has a Forum in the menu, the other, not.

Do you have an IP.Board forum and you want to put a link to it in the menu?
or
You don’t have an IP.Board forum but you want one?
