Help with Responsive Nav Continued

I am trying to use responsive-nav for this simple menu.

I’ve hacked around with it so much that I’ve got myself pretty well confused. (Edit - fixed scroll bar issue previously mentioned here)

When you toggle the “menu” the links do not appear under the “menu” they appear beside it.

I’ve obviously got the css messed up but can’t seem to get it to work properly. Any help much appreciated.

i made some progress. I still don’t feel I really have this set up as best as it could be.

any suggestions for improvement to the responsive behaviors and how the items appear with the menu toggle open and closed would be very much appreciated.
