Getting,

We’re a India base Website Development Company- <snip> having decent clients in India, USA and UK.

As to date we’ve got worked directly while using end business clients.

Now we should instead get contacts that can regularly outsource development and maintenance projects to us.

I looked at sites like Elance, Freelance, LinkedIn such like which they appear to be working for one project per client basis.

We’re excited for businesses who can provide work and outsource the projects to us regularly.

I would enjoy it if can somebody suggest and guide me developing this type of customers for consistent work?

Exactly what is the directory of such companies to whom we could advertise our services?

Googling for such companies gets only offshore development companies in India (just like us),

But not the providing the companies which outsource projects to India.

Learn the business culture of your target audience.
Don’t charge too little.
Do spectacular work.

Did I mention having a specialty? I only build teams that excel in certain things - php is WAY too broad!
