i bought quite a few pdf books from sitepoint and i saved them and the emails on my computer but unfortunately my computer crashed and i had to wipe it and start again but of course i can’t get them back as i don’t have the order number. how can i get them back.
If you have the reference of one of your previous orders, sing in as if it you were to claim your pdf copy… All your pdfs (from all your orders) will be listed and you can download them again
If you don’t have a order reference number, write to customer support and let them know your details (your name, the e-mail you used to do your shopping, etc) and they will send you one of your order numbers so you can have access to them.
