i am ignore about twitter. i am not able to twitter account details how to manage it and follower.
Did you try an Internet search? The first result which came up for me was this comprehensive guide:
Go to twitter web -> Move cursor on setting icon and click on setting -> here you can change anything you want.
To manage followers… select followers from home.
me also same like you about Tweeter. But you may search your related follower and click on follow button, and if you want many follower than put Tweeter follow page in your own blog. Might be it will help you to get more follower.
