Does anybody know of any real estate investing courses that really assist you profit in today’s mad market? I would like to pay for stuff that doesn’t work any more.

I have not heard of any kind real estate courses. You need to think of what kind of investment you wish to make it in real estate and depending upon it you can take help from your friends or relatives who are into this business.
