I was trying to add a podcast in this section: http://www.sitepoint.com/category/podcast/, but I can’t find any options for that. Is that not allowed?
If user can submit podcast then what is the procedure?

Hi jewelraz. That part of the SitePoint website is for podcasts created by the company itself. It doesn’t have an option for user submitted work. Perhaps you could get in contact with SitePoint about publishing something with them.
