How do I? Column that stops

I’m wondering on how to create a column that stops scrolling once it hits its bottom even as the rest of the page continues to scroll down. Facebook does this with the column that holds their advertisements.

Here is a tutorial with JQuery and CSS that relates to what you are talking about. It doesn’t behave exactly as Facebook’s ad section but maybe it can point you in the right direction. Note: It doesn’t seem to work in Chrome (at least for me).
