Hello all. I have recently started to learn a bit of Javascript and it’s only been 2 days so I’m understandably confused. I realise it will take me a while to learn and get a good grip on it. I have come across 2 cool effects, however, and I was wondering if there was a way I could learn to add those effects to my websites.

Here you have the navigation menu on the top right. When you wait till the page has completed loaded and click on one of those, you are taken directly to that part of the page with a menu appearing on the top out of nowhere. I’m not expecting this to be simple so if you think it’s too far fetched for me to be trying this as a Javascript newbie, I understand!
