Hi all,

I really like the image slider/slideshow on http://www.arnoldclark.com/. Basically, instead of just swapping one image, they also swap the background image/colour.

What would be a cool additional feature, is if the whole space could be clickable, instead of the small image.

Do you guys know how they’ve done this, and if there is any jQuery that can be downloaded to customise?

Not exactly and yes, in that order.
I couldn’t see any obvious plugins on the page you link to so I’m not sure of the exact technique they used.
Saying that, if you look here, you will find a tutorial and demo as to how such an effect can be achieved.

Their function.js file is what they are using to manage that transition.
Have an explore around the ac_initAdBanner() function.
