Yes, there are lots of sitemap generator available online, just use them.
Generate the sitemap, upload to you root directory and submit to google webmaster tools.

It depends on your site. If you are running a website without thousands of pages, you can use xml-sitemaps.com to generate one.
If you are running a wordpress site, you can install a plugin to finish that work.
Currently I didn’t find any automatical way for building sitemaps for a very big site.
