The topic of creating XML sitemaps has been discussed in other threads which can be found through an Advanced Search.
So we don't need another thread with "general" replies.
But if anyone can answer specifically regarding Blogger I'd like to hear.

Blogger doesn't provide XML sitemap so we have to use its RSS feed as a Sitemap but if you want to create XML sitemap for blogger then Here is a link from where you can generate the XML sitemap for blogger - http://ctrlq.org/blogger/
After generating you have to copy entire text and go to the Blogger settings-->search-->custom robots.txt. Paste it here and that's it.

Many many thanks for your suggestions. I have visited your said link and Generate Sitemap ( Atom.xml) and paste in the Custom robots txt enable box.
Now my question is, do i have to submit the sitemap on Google? Or Google take it automatically?
Just awaiting for your reply.

I am glad to hear that you have found the solution. Further, you have to submit this sitemap in Google through your Google webmaster account. Once you submitted your sitemap in Google webmaster tools then Google will crawl your sitemap and index all the pages of your website.

Yes i am agree with an existing users. we can create xml sitemap in blogger.
With the help of ctrlq.org/blogger/, you can create the xml sitemap.
But there is no need to create xml sitemap in blogger, we just create RSS feed as a sitemap.

You can also use this simple Sitemap for blogger. And it is added in your blog by default.

I think you can choose a sitemap making tool to help you. For example, you can try SitemapX, this is a free sitemap generator, but with powerful functions, such as sitemap generating, submitting, FTP and Ping. you can have a try. Hope it can offer you some help.Good luck.

I do not want to use any tools to submit my Sitemap for blogger. I just want to submit manually so that every thing will be properly and perfectly.
And I little bit confuse about Blogger sitemap.
What the idea of you Dear?
sitemapgenerator — 2012-09-19T21:18:36-04:00 — #12
the problem is you can not upload XML sitemaps when using blogger, and hence not submit it either in GWT.
But by submitting the RSS feeds you should be golden... Although, since Blogger is Google owned and automatically e.g. added to Google Webmaster Tools if the accounts are associated, the point it probably pretty moot, I think you can assume Google knows and automatically detects all Blogger URLs. (I have no prove of this though, only reasoning.)

Best way is to submit your blogger blog's sitemap through webmaster tools. I also even do the same thing. Here is the way-
First of all go to webmaster tool (Google.com/webmasters/tools/home)and select your site ,then go to sitemap on left side of screen. Now click on add sitemap ,so here you will add your sitemap. Suppose if you have less then 500 post, then you will need to submit
atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index= 1 &max-results=500
again if you have more then 500 posts then you need to submit
atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index= 501 &max-results=500. This way you have to submit your sitemap to Google so google will index your blog very fast.
Hope this help you.
