Hi everybody !
I have requirement to print employees salary and job certificates from intranet site on company letter head in shared printer and that shared printer is also used for normal office printing.
To print employees salary and job certificates i want to put letter heads in tray 2 and normal printing papers in tray 1.

Add a duplicate printer driver called "Printer Name - Tray 2" and educate the users to use that separate one for tray 2 items.
You may even want to place a prominent message on the screen, or even an alert before printing, to help act as a reminder.
