How to delete account?

I want to remove account and my details,
or at very least don’t receive any more email notifications of
pm from admin or stuff …

Hi,
If you’re a member it is compulsory to get PMs from admins, but it’s easy to turn off email notifications.
You can do that under MySitePoint > General Settings
