How to Fix we were unable to access the robots.txt file?

hi friends

i need your help! i am getting this error ! in webmaster tools in my site smashinghub.com

Google couldn’t crawl your site because we were unable to access the robots.txt file.robots.txt.

i attached the image as reference … and found

Hi,
Try access the robots.txt file in your browser. If it is displayed, maybe it was a problem with the hosting server when google tried to access the robots.txt file.
But if the server is working now , the problem should be also fixed in web master tools in one or two days.
