How to fix zoom level for htc wildfire?

Hi

i used following tag


<meta name="viewport" content="initial-scale=1.0; width=device-width, maximum-scale=1.0; user-scalable=0;" />

it works for iphone and samsung. but htc mobile allow to zoom out the application how to avoid it. which tag is used to avoid zoom out.
