Is it really possible to get at the Page of Google Searches in 1 month? As we really put in our months of efforts to maintain cool status of our websites? But recently one SEO firm has said that it will guarantee first page ranking of our website in one. Can they be trusted? How?
No, I dont think it is possible as Google updates Page Rank in approximately 3 months so I dont think that Firm can be trusted.

Think about it. There are something like 700 million websites out there. They all want to be number one. No, if they are guaranteeing you first page ranking for your choice of search word/phrase then they are either (a) lying, if they promise you that you will get there and stay there, or (b) committing financial suicide, if they’re offering you refund/compensation for not meeting those goals.[/font]

In the past, maybe but with the current situation after the Panda and Penguin updates, it is virtually impossible to get your site to the top of the SERPs for any keyword (without the big risk of getting penalized). 3 months are usually the quickest.
It is very difficult to get google page rank in one month.It depends upon the inbound links of a website and taking good quality links will take some time.

Page Rank is updated once every 3-4 months. More the backlinks you have, better the PR you get.
However, my suggestion is that you stop worrying about PR and concentrate on getting traffic, for that’s where the money is

Be aware of those saying high results in less time. They will deliver you but it wont be reliable as after a month or 2 you will be out of ranking because the over optimization that firm does to obtain fast results attract the Google over optimization penalty.
hi…its very tough to get page rank in 1 month…hardly it takes 3-4 months depending on the quality of your back links and website…start doing link building techniques in high authority sites …so that you can achieve the page rank with in a short period…

Google strategies are changing daily so i think it is not possible within one month but it takes 2 to 3 months to get Google page rank on top.
