How to get maximum backlinks

Hey all,

       For my new websites i need backlinks. Can anyone tell me how to get maximum backlinks to my websites.

There are three ways you can do that:

  1. Include useful content in the page that people want to link to.
  2. Include useful content in the page that people want to link to.
  3. Include useful content in the page that people want to link to.

Well admittedly they are all the same reason but it is important enough to be worth repeating three times.
