Sorry, but there's really no way we can answer that question for you. Firstly, it depends on the keywords for which you're trying to rank; if they're highly-competitive, then you'll find it much more difficult to rank well than for low-competition keywords.
You might find it helpful to check Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
Also, there are plenty of threads in this forum discussing keywords and rankings. I suggest you read through them, and if you then have a more specific qustion to which you've been unable to find the answer, please feel free to post again. Meanwhile, I'm closing this thread, as your question is really too broad and vague to attract meaningful replies.
Google sandbox is a myth. http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/webmasters/LitLfUBgV3Y
No, sorry, we don't allow that here. All review requests, including SEO reviews, should be made through the [Reviews & Critiques forum, in accordance with its [URL="http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?744418-Read-before-requesting-a-review"]guidelines](http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?12-Website-Design-amp-Content-Reviews-amp-Critiques).
You can request general advice and information in this forum, but not a review of a specific site.
