How to get search results in Google like this?

I’m not sure if I have the right section, if not, please move the topic. I now have a Google+ Page but I still don’t see anything to the right. What else should I do? We have a studio, it’s in our house but I would rather not list our address.

Your question is very interesting, I do some research and found that their are few things that you need to change in your Google plus which help you to show your website in Google knowledge graph.

I can tell what things you need.

1. Register your business in Google business listing and use same account to create Google plus page.

2. Add your contact information like phone number and address in Google plus page to.

3. Add the Google plus page link in your website.

Also Google will only show your contact detail only when your website come`s on 1st rank, as I could see your website come your website Facebook page comes on first.

   Your competitor and 451 followers and 66,962 view in Google plus page.
