Poker is more of a psychological game than it is one of luck, I’d say. If you know everything about the various technical strategies, then you could train your facial and body language. The best players in the world are masters of camouflage (“poker face”). I think that’s the most crucial thing to train. At least that’s what I learned from my father who was a Poker genius.
you may read some books on poker and of course you are to practice as only practice makes you a master.
Two recommendations. Read ‘Scarne on cards’ esp. poker, and ‘have lots of money while you’re learning’.
