I want to apply for a reason is that most of the compiler is not online, or even no longer operate it.

I don’t think you could submit a chinese website in DMOZ. If you want to promote your website, there are many other ways, DMOZ is not easy to pass, and it may not effective as before.

You have to send in an application I have been such an Editor before. I not sure if they’d accept the application in Chinese though?
