How to know if a Ping has Pinged ?

I have added code to my site, that should Ping when a update is made,

How can I see if a Ping has been sent…or better has arrived?

I have it set to Ping these sites:

http://api.my.yahoo.com/RPC2
http://api.my.yahoo.com/rss/ping

can I add a site that will detect my sites Ping? allow me to see that my Ping has arrived?

yes if a Pingback will confirm that my sites Ping was Sent & Received.
