My experice says that email marketing is best way of achiving business as compared to SEO and Social media. but I face some times, serious problem like I am not getting exect ratio of hard bounce, softbounce and open rate. If any one know about any free software for manage email marketing campign please suggest me.
Forget free stuff. You get what you pay for. If you are serious about this, use something like the services of CampaignMonitor, where you get all of this detailed info and more—for a tiny price, too.

There are many lists out there of email service providers from SMB to Enterprise … Some rate based on usage, others reporting, and of course referral fees enter into it too.
