I understand that completely, Jeffrey. As beley mentioned, there is nothing wrong with rejecting a client at all if you perceive them to be a hassle, pain, and poor investment rolled into one. It is just always wise to see if perhaps there are means of avoiding the problems with such potential clients and just so happenly, this particular method serves as a polite way to send the client along their way politely if it should not work.
